Sudha Murty is a celebrated Indian author, educator, and philanthropist based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Honored with the Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan awards, and serving as a nominated Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, she has written extensively in English and Kannada across children's literature, novels, and short stories. She is also the founder-chairperson of Infosys Foundation and chairperson of the Murty Trust.
